- Account information: email address, first name, last name, display name
- Profile data: avatar image (if you choose to upload one)
- Pool and league data: leagues you create or join, rosters, draft and scoring data

How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate your account and manage your profile
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you
- Improve the Service and develop new features

Usage and analytics
We collect usage and analytics data to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This includes:
- What we collect: How you interact with the app — for example, screens or pages visited, and actions such as viewing leagues or teams, starting or participating in drafts, and similar engagement. When you are signed in, we associate this with your account ID. We also use a persistent app or device identifier (stored locally on your device) so we can understand usage across sessions; this identifier is used only for first-party analytics.
- Why we collect it: To understand user engagement, improve the product, and measure usage. This is first-party analytics only — we do not use this data for third-party advertising or share it with data brokers.
- Where the data goes: Analytics events are sent to our own servers and backend, and stored in our infrastructure, for storage and analysis.
- Data retention: Analytics data is retained in line with the same approach described in the Data retention and security section below (as long as needed to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes in this policy).
Third-party services
We use third-party services to run the Service. These providers may collect or process data on our behalf and have their own privacy practices:
- Supabase — authentication and database (hosting of account and app data)
- Vercel — hosting and analytics for the web app

Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We use industry-standard measures (including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we strive to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile and account details in the app. To request deletion of your account or data, or to exercise other privacy rights, please contact us using the details below.
